I found this much better than more expensive (non-portable) vacuum cleaners for removing fur from both furniture and clothes.
I used it on a dogs blanket to remove hair that’s been building up over many weeks of washing and vacuuming. It removed a lot of the build-up.
Especially useful for a quick run over the clothes, effectively as a clothes brush, after playing with the dog.
One tip if you buy this. It is much easier to remove the turbo brush from the cleaner if you remove the dust holder from the cleaner with the brush attached. Then remove the turbo brush. Reversing the procedure when attaching the brush. Otherwise I felt I was forcing the brush on and, especially, off.
It’s ok…
I have two golden retrievers and thought I’d buy this to clear the stair case every week. It works well, but the dog fur gets stuck inside the dog fur attachment and it stops rotating. I tried fixing it but it broke again, so I’m left with using it like any other hover – which I could have paid less for.
